From my own personal experiences, I understand how trauma, unresolved grief, a persistent sense of not belonging or not being enough, or simply losing our path and place in the world, can wound our relationships with self and others.
Trauma at any level can be isolating. Finding the work that can heal us can sometimes be elusive. And yet, as I have discovered, I believe we are not able or meant, to heal alone.
The mending of body, heart, mind and spirit is possible.

These practices, along with three decades of practicing and teaching yoga, and having a deep reverence for the healing powers of nature and its’ wisdom, power my passion and dedication to assist others on their way to wholeness. ‘Wholeness’ may mean something different for each person. That understanding is something you will discover on our journey together. You might have heavy lifting to do but you will not do it alone.
Together, we create a container of safety, caring and connection. Within that container, clarity and courage can emerge. This affords you the personal gravity and ground that allows you the space and time for healing and the revelation of your next best steps.
