The Light Rider
I call myself the Light Rider as a deep bow of gratitude to the Universe for my ability to own the responsibility of my own life, to reveal my Truth draped in the red cape of courage and to co-create my moment of human existence like no one before or after me; to live my passions full tilt with no exceptions and as brightly as my heart’s imagination will allow.
I am doing the only thing that I can do; I’m riding the light of my life; which I believe is all any of us hope for and long to do.
The lightness appears in the way I endeavor to softly sit upon my horse’s back with only the conversation of our bodies to guide the way, in my ability to leave smooth tracks when I don my runners and trot for miles along the earth’s back, in the way I am able to point people towards the ‘crack in the machine’, to find the spiritline seam; back towards themselves whether through the practices of yoga and partner yoga or even in the simple form of a silent hello to a stranger. Heart opening, heart knowing, heart willing Presence I see reflected back to me and once again I tumble into the bliss of gratitude for what life has arranged for me.
I welcome it all on my evolving journey. ‘It’ is the unfolding and enfolding, the pulse, the very agony and ecstasy of being human.
My very personal and sacred mantra is “I am limitless and the stars are inside me.”
